Eclipse Vert.x 3.8.1

We have just re­leased Vert.x 3.8.1, a bug fix re­lease of Vert.x 3.8.x.

This ver­sion up­dates to Netty 4.1.39.Final fix­ing the fol­low­ing HTTP/2 re­lated CVEs:

  • CVE-2019-9512: Ping Flood
  • CVE-2019-9514: Reset Flood
  • CVE-2019-9515: Set­tings Flood
  • CVE-2019-9518: Empty DATA frame flood­ing

Since the re­lease of Vert.x 3.8.0, quite a few bugs have been re­ported. We would like to thank you all for re­port­ing these is­sues.
